We appreciate your business and want to make you aware of an upgrade to our personal online and mobile banking platform on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

What You Need to Know

Most of this transition will occur behind-the-scenes, but some online users may experience issues when logging into personal online banking account for the first time after October 11, 2023.

To successfully login after October 11, 2023, online users will need to know the following information:

  • The Existing User ID and Current Password to access online or mobile banking.
  • The cellular, home, and/or business phone number reflected in the Bank’s current records.  

Users cannot use existing biometrics (i.e. Facial Recognition) for the first login attempt. Our new online banking platform has Multifactor Authentication (MFA) enabled for security purposes.  

After October 11, 2023, you will be prompted to receive a text message (or phone call) to authenticate your identity, receive a 6-digit code, and gain access to your accounts. Once authenticated, you can authorize a device to have access for 90 days without the need for an MFA code.

Personal Bill Pay will be offline from 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 9th through 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 11th, to support the transition to the new platform. 

Verify Your Contact Information

To ensure you receive a code (by text or phone call) to authenticate your online banking account the first time you log in, please make sure we have your current contact information.

Our staff has been actively reaching out to customers to confirm current contact information is on file. If you are not comfortable providing this information over the phone or email, please visit your local branch.
