First Palmetto Bank New Online Banking Alerts:

We completed an upgrade of the existing alerts system here at First Palmetto Bank. If you previously used account alerts, you will need to setup these alerts again.

Please login to your Online Banking and follow the Alerts link at the top right-hand corner of your screen. You will need to add your alert contact information under the Contact Options link and then create your alerts under the Alert Options screen. There are a wide array of new alerts and features such as Do Not Disturb setting for suppressing alerts during specific times of the day. While we apologize for the inconvenience for the affected customers, we hope that you take advantage of the added security and account alerts!
