Joel is a Columbus State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He’s worked 28 years in the mortgage industry, with the last 12 years helping retail clients achieve their home-buying dreams.
Joel specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, utilizing down payment assistance from several State and Federal sources of grants if needed. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, with his family and English Bull Terrier, Angus!
